  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. You have to make a 360 degree video of the product when you receive it. If the product is damaged in the video we will accept the return.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

4. Return Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
